Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and team-oriented systems analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for being a focal person between Kaizen and Client. The candidate will help support strategy development for the Client’s digital transformation, review and assess how effective the current system is and build plans for improvement.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Designs and leads the Envisioning Sessions that will serve as the foundation for this strategy.
Oversees the development of the Opportunity Prioritization Tool that will be used to select specific tools and data solutions for implementation.
Will leverage knowledge of best practices in data strategy and technology transformation to deliver core products.
Work with stakeholders across units to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features for improvement.
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate user requirements on a continuing basis, maintains on time delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties
Working in an agile environment to deliver iterative and incremental solutions quickly.
Developing specifications and requirements for technical teams to follow.
Planning new systems that address any issues with the current systems.
Implementing new systems and tools so that they work as per the requirement
Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
Collaborate with teams to create tools for data analysis and analytics
Perform other duties needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
Experience in Systems Analysis, Software Development life cycle, Analytics or Systems Development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in technical writing and excellent communication skills.
Able to explain complex technical concepts to clients and business partners
Ability to work well in a team and project environment.
