Job Description

Job Summary:

The Principal Officer is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from planning, advertising, sourcing, attracting, scheduling and interviewing to on-boarding employees and managing the deployment of staff across the various departments and branches within the bank according to need basis. The incumbent also assists various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements in all talent acquisition processes.

●     Knowledge of Talent Management practices and trends

●     Knowledge of HR Systems Processes and Technology

●     Knowledge of relevant legislation

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or in relevant fields.

Experience:

At least 5 years relevant experience with  1 year as Senior Officer or as a Professional/Expert
