Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating messengers ,Partner messengers and journeys to provide efficient delivery services
Delegating tasks, coordinating the daily workload, documenting productivity, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and reporting to senior management.
Responsible for operating and managing customer service Officers
Responsible for developing and confirming schedules
Responsible for planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
Responsible for preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
Handles the planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
Handles booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
Supervises the dispatchers and ensures that they are providing a high quality dispatch related service
Give Trainings to Messengers and Pm’s Regularly along with other departments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience:
1-3 years in a similar role
