Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating messengers ,Partner messengers and journeys to provide efficient delivery services

  • Delegating tasks, coordinating the daily workload, documenting productivity, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and reporting to senior management.

  • Responsible for operating and managing customer service Officers

  • Responsible for developing and confirming schedules

  • Responsible for planning for and negotiating technical difficulties

  • Responsible for preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies

  • Handles the planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.

  • Handles booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.

  • Supervises the dispatchers and ensures that they are providing a high quality dispatch related service

  • Give Trainings to Messengers and Pm’s Regularly along with other departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study

Experience:

  • 1-3 years in a similar role
