Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and documentation.

  • Manage employee leave requests, ensuring proper tracking, approval, and communication.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and managing applicant data.

  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.

  • Draft employment-related letters and contracts, such as offer letters, promotions, and termination notices.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including performance evaluations, training programs, and company-wide communication.

  • Coordinate employee scheduling and track attendance, ensuring optimal staffing levels.

  • Manage employee documentation, including maintaining confidential files and responding to record requests.

  • Stay up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and management. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or with a bachelor in any field.

  • Proven experience in an HR coordination role, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • A positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt.
