Job Description
Job Summary: The Primary role of this position is to provide HR Support Service at the call center by working closely with the operations site head, assisting Manager, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment and selection of staff at the site, administrative of the performance management system, administration of statutory compliance, the coordinate of employee engagement activities; timely preparation and maintenance of HR Report, and Administrative of HRMS.
Duties and Responsibilities
To provide support in various Human Resource Functions to ensure the smooth functioning of Business Operations;
Be updated about new amendments in the labour laws and provide necessary information to the country head for the betterment of the organization;
Provide necessary information to the employees on their benefits/ grievances as requested by them;
Participate in sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Undertaking reference checks.
Works with location HR Manager and/or Operations site head to conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews for customer care Executives and support staff.
Monitor monthly performance scores and suggest/ implement necessary interventions for maintaining/ improving the same;
Maintain a probation period tracker and ensure the timely confirmation/ extensions of probation/ Separation of employees on probationary contracts
Visit the market and work with the employees to understand the work climate within the organization
Ensures all new employees undergo an orientation program and maintains a record of all new employees who have participated in the said program.
Analyse data and provide suggestions to the stakeholders for the betterment of the organization

Inform the management about any deviation from the processes; Suggest and drive corrective action with regard to any deviation
Communicate relevant information to the stakeholders and sensitize the relevant stakeholders about the critical aspects of the employee life cycle;
Work closely with the field team and collect adequate and relevant information on a weekly basis;
Provide necessary information and follow up on any labour dispute;
Assist in performance management processes
Academic qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field of study
Additional qualifications
High level of confidence and ability to establish communication with others,
Good at Preparing and analyzing data.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
Demonstrates a sound work ethic, and is consistent and fair in making decisions
Able to be flexible working beyond working hours.
Years of experience: 2+ years of experience in HR-related activities.
Salary: - As per the company scale
