Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and documentation.
Manage employee leave requests, ensuring proper tracking, approval, and communication.
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and managing applicant data.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.
Draft employment-related letters and contracts, such as offer letters, promotions, and termination notices.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including performance evaluations, training programs, and company-wide communication.
Coordinate employee scheduling and track attendance, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
Manage employee documentation, including maintaining confidential files and responding to record requests.
Stay up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or With any bachelor field.
Eagerness knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency MS Office Suite & Google suite
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt.
