Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Penetrate new business ventures and significantly increase the share of the company in the out sourcing business

• Conduct research, explore opportunities and adopt viable business development strategy and periodic plans of implementations

• Establish and maintain excellent business relationship with customers and staff

• Devise marketing strategy and implement same

• Promote the company and its services

• Identify organizational or operational areas that need improvement or redirection

• Mentor, Coach and evaluate subordinates

• Generate periodic performance reports

Job Requirement

• BA or MA Degree in Management, Business Development, Economics or related discipline

• 10/8 years’ proven and demonstrated experience directly related to Business Development in the service delivery industry,

• Minimum Of three year experience in managerial position.

• Excellent Communication skills

• Second grad driving license is desire

• MS office, Power point ,outlook, related Software and tech savvy  is  mandatory
