Job Description

Branch managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

  • Qualifications and Experience :Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of

  • relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Grade : XIV

  • Required Number : Eight

Place of Work : Openo, Dimma, Bedelle, Itang, Abobo, Sheybench, Lare & Meti Branches
