Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead and supervise enumerators and field teams during data collection.   - Monitor the accuracy and completeness of collected data on a daily basis.  - Provide regular updates to the Field Coordinator and CEHRO team on field progress, challenges, and key observations.  - Support the training of enumerators and ensure they understand the survey instruments and interview techniques.  - Ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented.  Deliverables: - Daily field updates to the Field Coordinator - Clean and validated data collection outputs  - Final report on field operations and lessons learned 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Law, Development Studies, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (Based in Addis Ababa with travel to Dessie) Duties & Responsibilites: - Understand the full scope, methodology, and objectives of the LLEARN project.  - Coordinate and oversee field operations for KIIs, SSIs and surveys across all target locations.  - Review and verify the quality of data collected in the field (both quantitative and qualitative).  - Maintain continuous communication with the CEHRO project team, providing regular updates.  - Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data with guidance from the CEHRO team.

This internship program will be provided for young women who are recent graduates or within a year after their graduation or Master's Class students or PhD candidates in law, social/political science, international relations, journalism, or other relevant fields of studies. Duties & Responsibilites: - Working with the project officer, Project coordinator, manager to establish priorities, schedules, and deadlines for task. - Assist in the development of Project Proposal - Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, collecting field supportive supervision data, compiling reports, and summarizing information - Assist logistic facilitation in workshop/event coordination/facilitation - Assist to compile reports about particular events, or updates about an important issue for the implementation of the project activities

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Anthropology, International Development, Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of community-based peacebuilding, GBV prevention, and post-conflict recovery initiatives aligned with project goals. - Facilitate grassroots training workshops, mentoring sessions, and awareness-raising activities for women’s groups, CSOs, youth groups, and local leaders. - Coordinate and mobilize women’s rights organizations to participate in peace forums, dialogues, and cross-regional networks. - Assist in the establishment and operationalization of local and regional women’s peace networks and advocacy platforms.

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Management, Social Work, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and work plans. - Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community-based organizations. - Coordinate the overall program budget preparation, planning, and implementation - Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities, training sessions, and participant feedback.

Master's Degree in Social Science, Communications, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Support the development, revision of the learning agenda in collaboration with programs, internal MSP units and partners. - Maintain structured repositories of evaluation reports, success stories, case studies, and internal learning documents. - Support the production and dissemination of knowledge products such as briefs, snapshots, insights, and synthesis reports and work closely with the Impact communication team.
