Job Description
As a senior elderly care and support center leader you will provide day to day operational management for all care and support services across the Elderly Center.
Manage the overall project implementation progresses to ensure effective implementation of planned activities and budget utilization;
Prepare quarterly budget request of the project and monitor the effective utilization of the project budget;
Ensure and follow up active participation of communities in program implementation, management and monitoring;
Participate in various meetings communicating the project performance to stakeholders;
Assures a competent and well-motivated staff by hiring, training, scheduling, and leading the ongoing development of all employees and volunteers needed for efficient operation of the elderly center.
Monitor and regularly review staffing establishments to ensure the Elderly care and Support Center has a safe, cost effective and flexible workforce.
Required qualification
MA-Sociology , Psychology or Social work with 5 years’ experience
BA -Sociology , Psychology or Social work (6+ Years Experience )
Knowledge and Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of elderly care and support center /services philosophy and facility management.
Demonstrate considerable knowledge of senior program development, facility operations and personnel management.
