Position: Regional IT Support

Place of Work: Assela, Bahir dar, Bule Hora, Debreberhan, Debremarkos, Debretabor, Dessie &Mekaneselam, Gondar, Harar, Jimma, Wolita and Wolkite

No of Position: 2 for each city

Job Type: Project Based Contract

Remuneration: Very Attractive Remuneration Package

Major Responsibilities: -

  • Prepare a training and user guide for the system of the company

  • Train users of the system of the company

  • Support on the ground for the users of the company

  • Organize and lead the operation on the area

  • Report periodically the operation status per prescribes format and tool

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

  • BSc Degree in IT only

  • Good Communication skill,

  • Usage of Mobile Apps,

  • Familiarity with Locality,

  • Language and Culture
