Job Description

Undertakes timely follow up and analysis of past due loans and proper documentation thereof; Assists other loan officers in managing delinquency crisis; Conduct regular visit to clients at their business sites before, during and after disbursement and build strong relations with them

Job Requirement

Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting and Finance/business, Economics or other any Business related Fields.

 Work Experience: Minimum of 2 year’s experiences out of 1 years on CS01 in Microfinance Institutions.

 The role of the CSO is to plan, organize and coordinate the way in which community and savings are mobilized towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Mainly to mobilize deposits and manage loan clients.

 Work Place: Hawassa Branch

 Language skill: It is preferred if you have Sedamagna language skills.
