Job Description
Branch Manager Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel. Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Job Requirement
Qualification: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years’ service at a supervisory level
