Job Description

Kabba Holding Company would like to recruit a qualified Operation Manager based in head office having the duties/roles of the Operation manager includes but not limited to the following:

  • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) and finishing buildings

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

  • Excellent portfolio of previous works

  • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

  • Evaluate site health and safety standards; and

  • Perform all related duties and responsibilities.

  • Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

  • Follow up layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

  • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

  • Outline client design objectives.

  • Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in  Architect  engineering or construction technology and management or related fields

  • Experience with computational design.

  • Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

  • Having a minimum experience of 8 years or more in Finishing & Interior Design works. 

The potential candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Presentable, inspires confidence and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must possess excellent organizational skills.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to adhere to the expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

  • Ability to command respect, effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

  • Ability to work independently and alone with minimum supervision
