Job Brief: 

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to be responsible for generating leads, 

meeting sales goals and serving clients. Duties will include sales presentations and product 

demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also having superb interpersonal skills is a 

must. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities 

• Generating leads.

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Preparing & administering contracts of clients.

• Maintaining client records.

• Answering client questions and complains.

Compensation:

• Salary plus Commission

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Educational Background 

• BA in Marketing or other related fields

• 1 Year or more Real Estate Sales Experience is a bonus.

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and the whole sales force.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications
