Job Brief

  • We are looking for a Deputy Marketing Manager with a minimum of five years' experience and a preference for 

  • three years' experience in the Real Estate sector.

  • The Deputy Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team to deploy all creative assets and execute the 

  • marketing strategy of the company and act as a corporate ambassador on behalf of the Company.

  • The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and 

  • inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term 

  • Strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Objectives of this role

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across 

  • different channels and segments

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and 

  • driving collaboration

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build 

  • successful strategies

  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for 

  • future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and 

  • recommendations on tactics

  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan for the company.

  • Managing traditional marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) to deliver competitive ROI.

  • Developing and overseeing content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog and any other relevant online channels.

  • Briefing stakeholders on marketing materials production (PR, Media, Advertising) and updating on progress.

  • Supporting sales team with developing marketing materials.

  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

  • Reporting on marketing campaign performance, suggesting adjustments to improve profitability.

  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.

  • Taking overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Compensation 

  • Salary plus Commission

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a similar discipline.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, project management tools marketing automation and CRM tools.

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A minimum of five years' experience is required, with three years' experience in the real estate sector is preferable.

  • Happy to work on your own initiative and take full responsibility for aspects of a project.

  • High-level creative thinking and design capabilities - while keeping an eye on budgets and business guidelines/policies.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a range of levels and teams

  • Proficiency in turning projects around with tight time frames and deadlines.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills and be confident with budgeting and project management.

  • Strong analytical, visualization and reporting skills
