Job Description
Under the general direction of the, the Automotive Maintenance Foreman, Senior Auto mechanic supervises the maintenance and mechanical operation of various automotive equipment. She/he performs the maintenance and repair of vehicles in a safe, efficient and economical way. She/he assists in maintaining the vehicles to the highest standards with minimum supervision to achieve an acceptable level of work through whist maintaining quality standards at all times.
Specific duties and responsibilities
Periodical maintenance of Heavy earth moving equipment like Doosan loaders, excavators & Atlas Copco compressors & drilling machines, DG sets.
Analyses engineering problems using mechanical engineering techniques.
Prepares and maintains documents and instructions for installation and maintenances.
Participates in developing and maintaining schedules and budgets.
Perform other activities as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.
Reports to: Automotive Maintenance foreman
Location: Chanch/ Gembechu, Derba( Oromia)
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in automobile engineering and work experience in the above mentioned equipment for at least 10 years.
