Job Requirement

Qualifications: BA Degree in Economics, Strategic Management, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering, Information System, Information Science, MIS or any other related fields.

Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience of which Two/2 years as senior officer position.

Essential Functionality:

Manage new card product development and card issuance system along with other concerned organs and the vendor of card issuance system;

Ensure availability of sufficient card ready for issuance and proactively issue procurement order if it gets minimum balance;

Ensure regular card issuance system maintenance, configuration, backup, performance monitoring and upgrading activities;

Coordinate and monitor check and balance of the physical card and PIN delivery to respective Branches;

Oversee the works of loading data onto the chip, personalizing of details on the card, printing the PIN (Card and PIN to be handled by separate Officers);

Develop, review and implement policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division;

Embody the bank’s good culture, corporate image to the public;

 Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by same and manage disciplinary concerns;
