Job Requirement

Qualifications: BA Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/Marketing Management or any other related fields,

Experience: 7 years of relevant Banking experience, of which two (2) years in senior position

Essential Functionality:

Build and maintain profitable customer relationship through fostering credit marketing, ensuring loan quality; properly attending to customer complaints at district level;

Keep customers updated on the latest products and services in order to increase revenue from various business found within the district reach;

 Attract potential borrowers with the aim of establishing long-lasting customer relationship, increasing and diversifying customer base;

Build trusting relationship with customers by maintaining a positive image and cross selling of the bank’s credit services;

 Attract and properly treat of customers with guarantee requests;

Take up the roles of the Manager in his/her absence;

Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division;

Mentor and enable staffs below his /grades towards achieving their effective performance;

Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public;

Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;

Place of Work: Dessie District, Bahir Dar District, Gondar District, Adama District, Addis Ababa Districts
