Duties and responsibilities of sales Person

• Generate new leads by meeting with customers

• Setting sales target

• Plan to reach the goal

• Discuss, Negotiate and Lock a sales agreement

• Prospect and network with adherence to company policies

• Researching prospecting clients.

• Engage with buyers and show them properties

• Preparing weekly and monthly report.

• Provide excellent customer service to buyers throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

• Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs.

• Ability to track customers Problems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in business management ,marketing and related fields

• 2 years’ experience in real estate sales

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Problem-solving skills.

• Interpersonal skills.
