Job Requirements
Qualification
PhD/MA/BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
7 years for PhD Degree, 9 years of demonstrated experience for MA/MSc Degree or 11 years of demonstrated experience for BA/BSc Degree.
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective HR Strategies, operations, and organizational systems.
