Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

  • Work Experience: 5/6years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as, Senior HCM Officer I or HR Officer I, Strategy Officer, Research Officer or equivalent strategy support position.

  • Job Grade: XII

  • Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is necessary
