Job Description
We're looking for a Trainer to come on board and help us expand our reach. We need someone who can help us take our training to the next level. If you're a passionate and experienced Trainer, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement training for the clients
Coordinate, develop, and participate in ongoing training
Promote team building by actively participating in staff development
Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees
Identify areas for improving individual and team performance
Identify skills gaps and fill them
Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials
Provide training guidance and feedback to others
reform technical training tasks, such as reviewing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting, and resolving defects
Perform on-the-job training to ensure new staff is qualified for their jobs
Mentor new staff in job-specific tasks and processes
Train new staff in company policies and procedures
Develop and implement training plans for new hires.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in leadership, marketing management and related fields with more than 5 years of experience in training activities in any organization
Msc. In the same field with more than three years of experience in training activities in any organization
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
