Job Description
Semu Real Estate would like to recruit a qualified Executive secretary who meets the educational requirements, duties/roles of the architect, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing the calls to the correct people
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place
Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
Making travel arrangements for in-office professionals and a special visitor
Professional writing capabilities, including emails, memos, letters and other industry-related reports, documents and correspondence
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain contact lists
Education and/or work experience requirements:
Bachelor BA Degree in office management or in a related field with Five Years and more work experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting skills and
Familiarity with word processing software for creating and contributing to spreadsheets,
