DMC Construction Plc is a first class General Contractor (GC-1) chartered in Ethiopia to provide services in civil work projects, mainly road construction and maintenance, building construction and maintenance, water works, airfield construction, water works construction, etc., would like to invite competent Candidates for the vacant position of Junior Auditor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize audits for ancillary / facility provider contracts.

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Examine payroll and personnel records to determine worker's compensation coverage.

• Working with the senior auditor to plan the audit.

• Field work for internal control evaluation.

• Audit tests, confirmation with customers and report preparation, and performing periodic office and administrative duties.

• Knowledge in preparation of financial statements.

• Compiling financial statements, and tax preparation and planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, civil engineering (Engineers strongly recommended to apply)

• No previous experience required

• Additional distinctions or certifications may be preferred or required.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills are also important.

• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS Office.

• High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
