The Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager with directing, developing, managing, and motivating colleagues involved in back office operations and ensuring the operational integrity of assigned functions and adherence to Bank policies and procedures.

Job requirements

Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other Business Related Field & 4 years banking experience

Experience: 2 Years and above Banking Experience.

Place of work: Dire Dawa District.
