Job Description
As a Human Capital Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring high-quality talent to fulfill our company's staffing needs. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in Law, Marketing, Management, HR, or a role demanding strong research and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to find unique solutions and discover hidden opportunities - someone who derives pleasure from solving difficult problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Tech-savvy, able to leverage technology to improve efficiency and reach in various internal business efforts.
- Life-long learner, continuously seeking to improve and update their skills and knowledge.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential.
