Job Description

A customer service executive's role is to lead and manage a team of agents, communicate customer needs to stakeholders, and understand exactly how customers use your product or service.

Job Requirement

Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.

Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Essential Functionality:

Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities

Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,

Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,

Collects/pays cash and debit/credits the respective accounts,

Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,

Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,

Perform other duties as required.

Place of Work: Guhala, Tilili, Azena, Muja, Mekoy, Shinde
