Hibret Bank S.C. invites fresh graduates for the following vacant position.

Hibret Bank S.C. invites applicants who meet the following qualification and experience requirement apply for the following vacant positions.
Job requirements
Qualification: BA in Accounting or Management or Economics OR Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV & COC Award in Banking or Finance or Accounting and related.
Experience: For BA, no prior experience is required (banking experience is advantageous and shall seat for a competency test)
OR
For Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV & COC Award, 2 years as Customer Service Clerk or equivalent experience in the banking industry
N.B. only graduates of 2022[or Tahsas 23, 2014 E.C.] and recent with CGPA of 3.25 and above will be entertained for BA Degree holders.
Age: Below 28 years of age and must be able to bring 8th grade certificate and Kebele Identity Card up on application
Additional job requirements & key competencies:
Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.
Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
Effective oral and written communication and time management skills
Innovation, Customer Focus and Digital Awareness
