Job Description
Coordinating and assisting the management team to design and provide supporting research for the strategic plan’s implementation.
Prepare budget reports and submit recommendations for CEO approval and coordinate with departments to ensure that budget adjustments are made.
Collect the necessary data to create yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly reports.
Develop an annual budget and strategic plan.
Monitor budget transfer activity throughout the year by ensuring proper documentation and reporting analysis.
Prepared budget reports and submit recommendations for approval of the budget request.
Provide advice and technical assistance with planning, cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budgeting.
Assist the departments in the planning and preparation of the performance report.
Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare the operational programs with the financial requests and explore alternative financing methods.
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting and Business Management.
Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years for a master’s degree or 5 years for a bachelor’s degree of work experience in plan cost and budget preparation.
