SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will manage all purchasing related tasks in line with Jotun Purchasing policies, principles, guidelines and procedures.
This role is based in Addis Ababa and you will report to Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Onboard local suppliers after evaluation.

• Cross-functional team player

• Negotiate for better price and delivery terms

• Implement and maintain purchasing procedures in the software

• Maintain the safety stock of the relevant items

• Supplier invoice control in line with company guidelines

• Agree contract terms with the suppliers

• Follow up and report on agreed targets

• Bachelor's Degree

• 1-3 years relevant experience
