Job Summery

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our ever-growing restaurant. You should be strategically efficient to lead our business with devotion and productivity.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to ensure a pleasant dining experience for the customers. Your role includes maintaining the quality and standard of the services as well as team management. You will provide the best services to the customer’s right from helping them decide what to order until the smooth billing process. You have to make sure that the customer is fully satisfied when they leave.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and budgeting.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales and expenses to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and that inventory and supplies are managed effectively.

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve the restaurant's position in the market.

  • Create and implement a staff development plan to ensure that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are provided with the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.

  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to staff to ensure that they understand how their performance is being evaluated.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management.

  • 4 years’ experience working as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Assistant Manager in a reputable restaurant at 2 Year in senior position

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills

  • Excellent Leadership quality

  • Emotional intelligence 

  • Excellent team management and communication skills

  • Knowledge of food and beverages and good taste in cuisines

  • Excellent customer service abilities
