Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law or in a related field of study Duties & Responsiblites: - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence. - Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to corporate, labor, commercial, or regulatory law. - Help ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. - Support in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation cases. - Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation. - Monitor changes in relevant laws and advise management on potential impacts. - Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as directed. - Assist in preparing reports, legal opinions, and case summaries. MA or BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years’ experience is in managerial position. Duties and Responsibilities: - Formulates and reviews EWLA’s short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives and policies within the powers delegated to her by the Board of Directors. - Maintains and establishes good relationships and cooperation within the consortium and other and other donors for financial assistance relevant to strengthen EWLA’s programs and activities.
