MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural, Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a strategic advisory, executive, or board-level engineering leadership position. Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as the principal technical advisor to the CEO on all engineering, design, and construction-related matters. - Lead the strategic technical oversight of high-impact construction projects to ensure optimal design, structural integrity, cost-efficiency, and schedule adherence. - Review and validate engineering methodologies, drawings, and execution strategies proposed by internal teams or external contractors.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years in a senior management role.
