Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines

·         Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

·         Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS) Provide Post Implementation Support.

·         Contribute to developing the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan

·         Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies

·         Assist with updating the quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns

·         Assist with training others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures

·         Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found

·         Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.

·         Managing risks, beyond the expected, creates an environment that encourages innovation which generates the excellence and performance of the projects. The quality risk management process will follow the cycle of assessing, controlling, communicating and reviewing risks to the quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

·        BA Degree in Economics, Statistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration and Management.

·         At Least 3 years working experience as Risk & Quality Management Officer
