Serves as a primary point of contact for customers inquires, including phone calls,emails and in person visits.
Respond to customers inquiries promptly and provide accurate and comprehnsive informatiion about our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and loyality.
Job Requirements
1+Years in Customer Service Specialist.
BA degree any field.
Required No:- 2
Execellent Comminication and inter personal skill.
Listing and writing Amharic and English language.
