Job Title - Junior Technology Sales Expert.
Work location: Addis Ababa.
Report to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements and skills
Educational background: A bachelor degree in Marketing and sales, IT or related fields.
Experience - One year of work experience in technology related company.
Employment process: Applicants who pass phone and in-person interviews are hired first on a probation basis, and based on appraisal the contract is extended for an indefinite period.
Software skills: Proficiency in MS Offices (mandatory) and working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is a bonus.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Amharic and English languages
The Junior Technology Sales Experts are expected to handle the following specific tasks.
Implement sales cycle from generating leads to closing revenue opportunities around ZERGAW ISP’s cloud-based services for small, medium, and large enterprises.
Acquire knowledge of our company's technology services and present them to customer.
Ensure agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Periodically generate plans, submit performance reports and maintain historical sales records using the company's ERP.
Continuously update his/herself professional and technical knowledge.
Has good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills.
Understands and implements discretion and confidentiality of company information.
Flexibly work on other tasks, as requested by the company.
