We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our exciting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content management, social media marketing campaigns, social media calendars, brand management and customer engagement strategies. Priority is given for candidates who can create (using graphics design and video editing tools) and manage engaging contents. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms

  • Monitor social media channels for mentions and feedback

  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media

  • Track and analyze social media metrics

  • Collaborate with other marketing and sales team members, as needed 

  • Meet deadlines and budget requirements

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest content management and design trends and technologies.

Flexible candidate with additional experience in (or an interest to learn) in graphics design and video editing is highly encouraged. 

Required Skills and Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) and/or other related fields

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design

  • Good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Offices (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

Good knowledge of various digital marketing and analytics tools, ERP/CRM systems, content management systems;

  • Professional certifications and prior experience in content development for media post
