Job Description

An IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance.

Job Requirement

  • Education: College Diploma or First Degree in Computer Science or related fields

  • Experience: 6/2 years of experience in banking and IT jobs

  • Qty: 2

Competency:

  • Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices

  • Considerable knowledge of banking operating systems

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment

  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications

  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices

  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

Place of Work : Head Office
