Qualification and Experience
BSc in Human Resource Management
5 years relevant work experience
Professionally registered with the institute.
support the development and implementing of HR initiatives and system.
Familiar with Ethiopia labor laws.
responsible for Managing every aspect of employment process.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Support the Management of disciplinary processes.
Maintain Employment records.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing Job description, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Good English Communication and writing Skills.
Abide by work arrangement, full of team spirit.
