Job Description
A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization.
Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields.
Experience: One/1 year of relevant experience preferably in Banking industry.
Participate in all talent acquisition and on-boarding processes.
Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing procedure of the bank;
Sustain or/and improve key recruiting KPIs Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants ;
Prepare vacancy announcement;
Facilitate pre-employment activities
Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;
Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
