Job Description

A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization.

Job Requirement

  • Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields. 

  • Experience: One/1 year of relevant experience preferably in Banking industry.

 Essential Functionality:

  • Participate in all talent acquisition and on-boarding processes.

  •  Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing procedure of the bank;

  • Sustain or/and improve key recruiting KPIs Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants ;

  • Prepare vacancy announcement;

  •  Facilitate pre-employment activities

  • Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;

  •  Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
