• Identifying and driving new business opportunities and achieving overall sales and revenue goals within a defined business line.

• Objectifying new customer acquisitions.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments both internal and with respect to clients.

• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

• Planning and organizing system demos.

• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.

• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

• Training, mentoring, and supporting teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

• Communicating project milestones, progress, risks, SLAs with clients.

• Providing first level support for technical issues with clients during and after integration.

• Ensuring all projects are completed on time

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Computer Science, Project Management or Engineering

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager, scrum master or in a similar role.

• Leadership and management experience.

• Certified scrum master is a plus

• 2+ years working in an IT organization

• Professional Certification in Project Management is a plus

KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS, ATTITUDE

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.

• Excellent people and project management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
