Now, Nigus Sport Betting PLC is looking for qualified candidate for post of Human resource officer.
Prepare and follow-up staff attendance.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations, job descriptions, clarification on provisions of the Collective Agreement, etc. Ensure legal compliance on all human resource management activities.
Manage the employee ID (printing, Issuance and collection at time of contract termination), manage employee attendance and produce timely report, continuously follow-up and update Job descriptions. Maintain up-to-date and complete documentation of job descriptions per employee both soft and hard copy where hard copy shall be maintained in each personal file.
Prepare periodic reports, such as Head Count, Organization chart, and other HR reports.
Follow up leave status for all permanent employees, ensure that all leave entitlements for the current year and expended as per the leave plan.
Follow up administration and control of contracted employees’ recruitment.
Communicate relevant information to management, Update employee data base, JD, personal information, and training detail, prepare payroll information and communicate to finance before 25th of each month, update changes in payroll related data and communicate to finance, timely generate payroll related reports for Finance control.
Perform any other related tasks as required by the supervisor.
BA in human resources management, Business Administration, or Management
3 years in a similar role
Good communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills;
Team player and capacity to work with others.
Must have excellent written and spoken communications skills
Computer literate (very good knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel & Power point)
Knowledge of Finance for Payroll administration is advantageous.
Must exhibit high integrity and honesty in performance of his / her duties.
Must be prepared to work independently and able to work under pressure
