Job Description
Hotel supervisor supervises all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, concierge, and customer service. Responds to all guest requests, concerns, or problems. Being a Hotel Supervisor ensures an optimal level of service and hospitality.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
BA Degree in Hotel Management/Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/Hotels and Tourism Management /Cooperative Business management /Property Management Management/Management/Marketing Management or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 5 years work experience on similar areas at catering production/Operation/front desk/office area OR
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hospitality Management/ Business management/ Business Administration/ Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management /Customer Relations Management/ Hotel Management or any related fields from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience
