Job Description
Strategy and Change Management Officer Drive the implementation of the Change Management Strategy and Plan; Support identification and analysis of change adoption risks and support implementation of countermeasures; Support and contribute to the identification and mitigation of resistance.
Job Requirement
Qualification: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Strategy and Change Management Officer
