Job Description
Developing detailed designs
Evaluates, reviews and revises design drawings and specifications from project design consultants and contractors
Analyze and advise on the planning, design, construction and maintenance and renovation of major systems and facilities such as building, interior spaces and other architectural activities
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Preparing and implementing project plans
Project management duties (e.g., preparing and managing budgets and schedules)
Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design
Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans
Produces construction documents using Engineering Software
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, BOQ, TOS and construction documents
Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Performs other related duties as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution with CGPA 3.2 and above
A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge strongly desired
Familiarity with design software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Project management and supervision skills
A verified engineering license
