Job Description
Develop detailed designs and produces drawings, blueprints, construction documents using Engineering Software
Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents
Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans
Produces drawings, blueprints, construction documents using Engineering Software
Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design
Evaluates, reviews and revises design drawings and specifications from project design consultants and contractors
Analyze and advise on the planning, design, construction and maintenance and renovation of major systems and facilities such as building, interior spaces and other architectural activities
Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution with CGPA 3.2 and above
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software
A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge strongly desired
Familiarity with design software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
Proven working experience in architecture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A verified engineering license
