Job Description
Construction managers are responsible for the planning and coordination of the construction projects. They provide expertise in the design phase of construction projects by facilitating a better estimate of the costs and the functional implications. They participate on bid processes for construction projects and handle subcontractors to deliver the different stages of the construction process from beginning to completion
Salary: negotiation
Duties & Responsibilities:
To handle overall construction projects from start to end ,
Setting targets,
Objectives and responsibilities for all staffs,
Regularly reviewing things:
Budgets: labor
Risk and project
Plan to ensure work stays on track and follow the progress, setting and agreeing budgets
Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and insure staffs are following healthy work environment,
Preparing bid documents as per the TOR with office engineer, organizing the documents related with the project at office for each projects
Preparing technical and financial proposal bid as per the bid document. In Addition to these the last two years worked as managerial level
Job Requirements:
Bsc/Msc in COTM/Civil Engineering
Experience:
Who have minimum 4 years and above in construction management of building Projects
