Introduction; 

SuperOva Agrotech Plc is a foreign direct investment, located in Ethiopia, Sidama Regional State, in the beautiful planned city of Hawassa. Our facilities use the latest and modern poultry farming procedures to produce the highest quality Poultry products eggs. Our goal is to market a sustainable healthy food source to all people in our community and export our products in global markets. Our company is looking for competent candidates by the following titles and requirements.

Major Roles 

• Annual planning and market trajectory for the entire products of the company 

• Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. 

• Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers. 

• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. 

• Prepare and offering training for sales team and supportive supervision 

• Consult with sales and production teams on products. 

• Manage customer relationships and communicate customer feedbacks with sales team 

• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. 

• Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade bazaars, street sales, express sales and working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services. 

• Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition

• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website 

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing including upgrading and maintaining website. 

• Perform any other commercial related duties requested by the company

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS 

• Computer proficiency 

• Driving license (at least Automobile) 

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills & analytical view 

• Good decision making and strong communication skill while dealing with third parties representing the company 

• Meticulous and pay attention to compliance 

• Ability to maintain and ensure confidentiality 

• Honesty, integrity and impeccable personal values 

• Graphics and design skills will be advantageous

• BA or MBA in Marketing, Business Management 

EXPERIENCE:

• More than 6 years practical involvement on successful marketing for BA and 4 years for MBA.
