Job Description

Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced individual to join our company as a Payroll Administrator at our Head Office.  As part of our team, the payroll Administrator will be in charge to ensure timely preparation and settlement of payroll by coordinating all payroll activities, verifying hours and pay rates, recording all financial details in our payroll database, and disbursing payments.

Main Duties

  • Manage electronic timekeeping systems, and manually collect and review timesheets;

  • Review each project payroll register information and ensure the timely collection to avoid any payment delay;

  • Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a computer system;

  • Prepare corresponding pay slips and distribute them with the agreed platform including printed-out pay slips for on-hand delivery;

  • Prepare a payroll reconciliation report and submit it for each client along with the appropriate documentation;

  • Responsible for the appropriate application of payroll deductions and proper calculation of monthly hours worked during each pay period;

  • Get timely approval from the appropriate manager and process payments in a timely manner;

  • Prepare corresponding government tax dues and ensure their completeness and correctness;

  • Prepare a monthly report per project on the overall payroll cost, government tax dues and net payment;

  • Prepare corresponding billing invoices for each month’s cost and ensure its timely settlement;

  • Perform frequent internal audits to ensure payment and reporting accuracy;

  • Providing adequate information to answer employee inquiries about payroll-related matters and ensure timely resolution;

  • Conduct the necessary adjustment if required to reconcile variances, if any;

  • Other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. 

Job Requirements

Qualification  

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance

Additional Skills

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles;

    • Good inter-personal and intra-personal communication skills;

    • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality;

    • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail;

    • Energetic and self-motivated to keep deadlines on tight schedules;

    • Have a good understanding of payroll software;

    • Strong arithmetic and analytical skills.

Working experience: 4+ years of work experience in handling numerous payroll

Salary: As per the Company Scale
