We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Officer to join our organization. As an IT Officer,
you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and providing technical
support to our staff. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and
effectiveness of our organization through the effective management of technology resources.
Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers,
  workstations, printers, and network devices.

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related
  issues in a timely and efficient manner.

•  Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and security of our IT
  infrastructure.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and
  network expansions.

•  Monitor system performance and propose solutions for improvement.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.

• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance staff's IT proficiency.

•  Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT
  operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or
  equivalent experience).

•  Proven experience as an IT Officer or in a similar role.

•  Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and productivity software (e.g.,
  Microsoft Office).

•  Familiarity with network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

• Basic understanding of server administration and network infrastructure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Proactive approach to identify and address IT issues.

• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus.
